The New Zealand Building Economist is a quarterly journal published in February, May, August and November of each year. It contains the costs of the various parts of a building - residential and light commercial. The unit rates set by practicing cost consultant quantity surveyors and are updated as required for each issue.

PDF Copy - Single User Licence Single PC
: excludes network / cloud storage or copy sharing.
Multi User1-3 Licence: Like single User Licence, a PDF copy install is permitted on individual’s (from 1-3#) PC hard drives, excluded is network / cloud storage or copy sharing. Customer to provide the name of each user;
Multi User4+ Licence: has no upper limit per office location, local site network or local site PC copy sharing permitted. Customer to provide the name of the Installation manager;
Multi User, Multi Office: With multi-location businesses, each site, needs its own licence, but a 10% discount off each site licence applies. Customer to provide the name of the Installation manager for each site.
